I'm running a simulation where I output the Cauchy stress using the Element_Data class. In the documentation I cannot find anything about pressure units. Are the logged stress tensors in kPa?
FEBio doesn't use a unit system. It's up to the user to input all data in consistent units. Consequently, all the data that comes out of FEBio will be in the same units that you chose for the input data. For example, if you entered all data in SI units, then the stress will be in Pa.
