Parameter optimization for biphasic confined compression stress-relaxation
We have updated the optimization file to use optimization version 2.0, released with FEBio 2.8. To run this example, use CCsrlxFit3.feb for the model file and CCsrlxOpt3.feb for the optimization file. Run the optimization with the following command:
I have tried to run the CCsrlxOpt3.feb and its optimization model file, but I kept getting " tag "max_refs" (line 7) : unrecognized tag" error. I have looked into the manual, chapter 3, but I did not find anything that could help me find what the problem was. I was wondering if you have any suggestions how to fix it. I also used the last files (Brandon uploaded) to download the file, and I changed the febio_spec version to "3.0" in XML file in FEBio.
You should import CCsrlxFit3.feb into FEBioStudio and export it into 3.0 format. The optimization fils CCsrlxOpt3.feb does not need to be changed. Then run the optimization as shown in Brandon's message, that worked for me.
