    Question FEBio examples database

    Hello!
I have recently started to use FEBio. I was wondering if there exist a database with examples, tutorials or FEBio - Preview files that consider models of human joints (hip, knee, shoulder ecc.)
    Thank you for your time!

    Hi,

We are working on a repository of models that will include examples and tutorials, as well as curated models used in publications, but we only started with that recently. You can access this repository from FEBio Studio directly, if you want to see what's there now. We don't have a lot of human joint models there yet, but there is a spine model (User Projects\FEBio FEMS Human Lumbar Spine), and a finger model (Test Suite\Miscellaneous\mi29.feb). I'm sure in the next few months we'll be uploading many different models, so keep an eye on the repository. You can also check out the OpenKnee project on SimTK, which uses FEBio for various type of knee simulations. I hope this helps!

    Cheers,

Thank you for your exhaustive reply. The models you suggested are definitely helpful!

    Best regards,
