    curve editor - Nodal load

    Greetings,

    I would like to apply a nodal force on a specific nodeset. I define the force magnitude using a loadcurve. The problem is that when i am trying to preview the loadcurve using the FebioStudio curve editor then a simple ramp curve expanding form points (0,0) to (1,1) is displayed.

    The xml format is the following:

    HTML Code:
    <nodal_load bc="x" node_set="nodeset1">
    	<scale lc="1">1.0</scale>
    </nodal_load>
    where the lc = "1" defines the loadcurve id, and the loadcurve is defined as:
    HTML Code:
    <loadcurve id="1" type="smooth">
    	<point>0,0</point>
    	<point>0.016667,0.00010073</point>
    	<point>0.033333,7.2197e-05</point>
    	<point>0.05,5.7076e-05</point>
    	<point>0.066667,9.0277e-05</point>
    	<point>0.083333,0.00016695</point>
    	<point>0.1,0.00014443</point>
    	<point>0.11667,0.00014377</point>
    	<point>0.13333,0.00013635</point>
    	<point>0.15,0.00014744</point>
    	<point>0.16667,0.00016933</point>
    	<point>0.18333,0.0002296</point>
    	<point>0.2,0.00034064</point>
    	<point>0.21667,0.00070066</point>
    	<point>0.23333,0.037317</point>
    	<point>0.25,0.17064</point>
                         ......
    </loadcurve>
    I wonder if i made a mistake defining the nodal load or this is simple a curve editor issue.

    Hi Konstantinos,

    There was indeed a bug in the code that was preventing the loadcurves on nodal loads from being imported correctly. This issue is now fixed. If you would like a new version, please reach out to me via email (steve dot maas at Utah dot edu), and I'll send you the latest development version.

    Cheers,
