Simulation of the fluid-structure interaction problem.

I am trying to simulate a Fluid-Structure Interaction problem in which the solid structure has an irregular geometry (Biofilm ) from the literature. My problem is that I am not able to pre-process the geometry of the solid structure on the fluid cell.

I am so sorry for the late reply, I developed an FSI model and I am trying to analyze the mechanical deformation of the biofilm solid material. I am getting errors, can you please help me out and also please tell how to refine mesh of the solid Material BIofilm in the cell. can you also please provide me the sufficient material regarding the modelling and anlaysis of FEBio.
