I have been attempting to run the attached .feb file, but the code is never able to get off the ground causing FEBio to quit. I have attached a screenshot of my command window (I am having trouble adding the .log file however). I have tried updating FEBio on my system (Windows) as well as reverting back to a version (2.6.4.9579) my colleague has successfully launched the code from.
It looks like all the elements are inverted in this model. If you open the Mesh Inspector in PreView (menu Tools\Mesh Inspector), you can see that all the element volumes and Jacobians are negative. You can fix this in PreView as follows:
1. Select the object in the Graphics View.
2. Activate the Mesh panel on the build window.
3. Find and click the Invert tool on this panel, and click the Apply button
After you do this, check the Mesh Inspector again to confirm that all the elements now have positive volume. That should solve this issue.

Yes I am able to launch the code now, and all the elements and Jacobians are positive (attached). Though when I run the .feb file I am getting negative Jacobians. Where should I look to troubleshoot?
