Is there quadratic pentahedron in FEBio? I am trying to connect a 20 node hexahedral with a quadratic wedge element but the the help section of FEBio only have 6 node linear pentahedral (wedge) element.
Unfortunately, there is no such element in FEBio. However, I don't think it would be too hard to add it, so I'll see if we can get it in in the upcoming 2.3 release.
Cheers,

That slipped off the radar. This element is not available. There are no plans for adding this element in the upcoming 2.6 release, but let us know if you need it and we can put it back on the agenda.

Thanks for the reply. It would actually be extremely helpful for my model to have the quadratic pentahedron. Other elements that would be extremely useful are the 5-node pyramid and 13-node pyramid. I don't know if it would be reasonable to ask for these to be added in near future releases, but I'll put in a feature request to make it more "official" and to try to keep it on the radar.
