Wide-banded matrix

The problem in the previous post, "Linear solver test problem" (box15.feb), the box had its longest side along the x-axis, which created a narrow-banded matrix. By placing the longest side along the z-axis, I created a wide-banded matrix. Here are the timings with and without the optimize_bw (optimize bandwidth) parameter set:

Solver optimize_bw=0 optimize_bw=1

Skyline 5:36 0:20
SuperLU 1:01 0:41
Pardiso 0:04 0:04

Note that Skyline is dramatically effected by the size of the bandwidth.
