Cannot Access Material Properties

Hello all,
I am a new FEBio Studio user, using Version 2.7.0. I am having an issue customizing material properties for any material I add to an object; I cannot see the option neither when I right click on the Material in the model tree, nor when I search in the search bar “Material Properties”. I will show some images of what I see:
I would appreciate any help with accessing the material properties!

Hi,

The actual material properties are listed in a panel called Properties below the model tree (It's a bit hard to see in the dark mode):

These panels can collapse if you click on their title, so it's possible that in your case you need to expand them.
It's also possible to completely hide them by dragging the divider between the tree view and the panels all the way to the bottom. If you don't see any panels, they might be hidden. In that case, drag the bottom edge of the tree view up and they should be restored.
