I have the sequential version of the SuperLU linear solver working in the linux version of FEBio. This will be included in the next release of FEBio. In order to use it, put the tag <linear_solver type="superlu"></linear_solver> under the "Control" section of the .feb file. See the Examples section of this forum for results of a few tests comparing SuperLU with the default Skyline solver.
