I have been having troubles with the assignment of boundary condions to a partial disc. After the creation of the disc, I applied a mesh of 432 elements. For symmetry reasons I deleted three quarters of the disc (making it an editable mesh first). Now I had to add boundary conditions to limit the movement of the edge on the x-axis (no movement in y direction), the y-axis (no movement in x direction) and the quarter circle (no movement al all). However, when I try to select those edges, I instantly select them all. When I look at the properties it says that the disc has only 1 part, 1 face and 1 edge.
What am I doing wrong?
