Why the "Add Contact Interface" window come out very often?
When I scroll the scrolling bar, moving or rotating the created object, the "Add Contact Interface" window always come out immediately after I release the mouse. Does anyone met this problem? Thanks!

When I add such Contact Interface, still it comes out again and again. How should I deal with it? Thanks.

I have never seen this problem before. Which version of PreView are you using? What platform?

I'm using PreView 1.6.1 WinXP (6.13 MB, 14-Oct-2011 11:46:08, MT).
In Windows 7 64 bit.

So, I tried it on my Win7 64bit machine and I cannot reproduce this problem. I'm not sure why you are having this issue. Are you accidentally hitting the shortcut for adding contact interfaces (ctrl+c) maybe?

I didn't hit the shortcut Ctrl+C. The window comes out again and again. Also when I double click anywhere on the figure, It comes out. I'm also confused. Thanks.

I've also tried this on my Win 7 64 bit machine and can't reproduce the problem.

I re-installed the software many times.
I've tried many ways hoping to get rid of the poping out window, but failed...

We recently uploaded a PreView version for Win7 64 bit. Could try this version and see if you still have the same problem?

Hi Dave,

I've tried the PreView version for Win7 64 bit. The problem still exists. Probably the problem can lie in that the hot key "Ctrl+C" is very easily triggered in my system. Later, I found similar problems in other software with this hotkey "Ctrl+C".

I will see if I can add a feature in PreView to let's you customize the hotkeys. That way you can turn the troublemaking hotkey off.

I've tried the latest version 1.7.0 of Preview! It's awesome that this annoying "Add Contact Interface" window does not appear any more! Thanks for your work. I really appreciate it!
