I encountered a problem when trying to use "Preview" software to construct biphasic models. My "Preview" version is PreView 1.6.1 WinXP . After clicking "Physics" -> "Add Material", I open the "Add Material" window. When I tried to add some Biphasic materials, I found nothing in the list. Just as the red arrow shown in the following screen-capture.
There are no default biphasic materials. Biphasic materials have to be custom-made. Just select the Custom option and click Add. This will open a new dialog box where you can select the different components of the biphasic material.
Cheers,
Steve.
