Is there a way to graph the cross-sectional area of a sample in PostView? I am curious how the cross-sectional area of a dog bone changes as I change the bulk modulus. Attached is the sample I am working with:
I'm afraid there is no easy way to do that. One possible path, since the dog bone sample is rectangular, you can measure the width and height of the sample using the Point Distance tool (on the Tools Panel in PostView), and multiply it to get the area. Hope this helps.
Cheers,
Steve
